Innovative Mechanism to Rescue Man or Materials Trapped in Narrow Tube like Borewells

This concept operated pneumatically helps to rescue children or object fallen into bore-wells. A lifting tackle is lowered through the bore well and locates the child with the help of cameras. Another rod carrying balloon penetrates below the child and inflates. Thus protecting the child from further falling. The pneumatically operated piston clutches the hand of the child and the balloon tightens the grip with which the child can be pulled up smoothly.

At present dig parallel tunnel which is risky, laborious and time consumable.
